Our
Company
Claims Service International ("CSI") was
originally founded as Claims by Donna in Florida
in 2004. CSI has been providing Claims and
Arbitration Services, Training for Sales
Representatives and Dispatch Departments, Tariff
Publishing, and customized Contract Forms for
moving companies nationwide. CSI is currently
processing claims for many carriers from the West coast, Midwest
and East coast and is continuing to grow
steadily while maintaining the quality of work
and personal approach we are known for. |

Who we are
CSI is a third party claims company hired
by carriers in order to provide free and
professional claims processing services to its
customers who may have experienced Loss, Damage,
Delay, or Overcharge during their relocation. CSI
collects information from both the carriers and
their customers in order to determine settlement
amounts per the carrier’s legal liability as
detailed in the carrier’s governing Bill of Lading
and applicable tariff and in conjunction with
federal law. Although the determination process
may not always be a complicated one, the different
circumstances surrounding each and every move can
make each claim unique. The approach held by CSI
adjusters is that of a neutral party although we are
not legally considered one. CSI is not an
Insurance company and claims filed with CSI are
not Insurance claims. CSI provides a variety of
services to carriers as part of its goal to
educate and assist carriers in enhancing the level
of professionalism and quality of service they
offer, in an attempt to minimize the disputes
between carriers and their customers.
CSI is currently utilizing its exclusive online
system, designed to allow smooth and fast
resolution of claims as a coherent portion of a
move, to avoid delays, and for highest level of customer
satisfaction. The online system allows carriers to
outsource their claims to CSI with the convenience
of inspecting real time progress for quality
assurance. CSI is continuously developing its
online system to allow more transparency to both
carriers and customers in real time.
Our hands-on approach keeps carriers updated on
claims status, and offers customers a speedy and
hassle free resolution of claims.
We offer a dispute process which allows customers
to re-file any missing support to their claim as
well as a second review by a senior adjuster for
the purpose of achieving a satisfactory
resolution. The option was designed with both
carriers and customers in mind as we believe that
satisfied customers are the best business
investment. |
